As the Sales & Operations Coach on the GiANT Events team, I serve the sales team and allow them to do what they do best - cast vision and partner with leaders around the country.

I have always enjoyed the role of serving others which is an ideal fit for what I do every day. Through the years at GiANT one thing I have learned is that one of the biggest reasons I am here is "because of us." Being a positive influence on my team is what I think about each and every day.

Some of the greatest influences on my life have been my peers. I can appreciate "real world leadership" which is what we do every day. We try, we mess up and we try again. I have been greatly influenced by speakers and writers throughout the years but I have been influenced even more by those I work with on a daily basis.

My team has been through the good and bad over the years. We have been blessed to be a part of an event that we have seen grow over 130% since 2008. With that growth we have been a part of many great innovations from new marketing, host only website and new positions. We have gotten better and bigger. It has been exciting to be a part of a growing part of the business that has such an impact on communities around the world!

I live in Jefferson, GA with my wife Nikki and two "all" boys: Brett and Brock. You can usually find us outdoors on most occasions. We love to camp, hike, break stuff, and they even let me run a mile or two. I also love to coach others who desire to see change in their lives. Watching others reach a goal and make change is a passion in my life.
