Core Leadership Track
This leadership track is for new employees, newly appointed leaders, or leaders who may require new inspiration to expand the level of their influence. This track is a traditional leadership approach designed to build positive behavior with benchmarks providing constructive accountability for advancing leadership effectiveness.
The purpose of this track is to equip and teach leadership principles that promotes leadership expansion. The track inspires new concepts with motivational learning experience and builds a self-leadership routine that will maximize personal growth. In general, the purpose of the track is to help a leader build a foundation for continual development in their leadership journey.
