Train-the-Trainer

You have the opportunity to multiply leaders throughout your organization as a GiANT Impact facilitator. By becoming certified for each of our courses through Train-the-Trainer (T3) workshops, you will be able to engage your audience with dynamic content that will build their personal and professional skills.

Our T3 Program is:

  • Focused on You: We ensure that the ratio of our facilitator to our T3 participants is no more than 1:4. You get personal attention and feedback so that you feel confident and ready to take the course back to your organization.
  • Flexible: You can come to us for certification, or we can come to you.
  • Affordable: Your certification lasts up to 3 years, unless the course changes. With the T3 program, you’ll receive 23 one-day participant guides or 15 two-day participant guides, depending on the length of the workshop you plan to facilitate. Once certified, you simply purchase any additional participant guides as needed.
