Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration 15 days or more before the event, you will receive a complete refund, minus a $100 processing fee per cancelled ticket, or a credit will be placed on your account and can be redeemed for any offering provided by GiANT Impact. Credits must be used within 12 months of the date credit is issued. No credits or refunds will be issued to any registration cancelled 14 days or less before the event.

You may transfer the registration to a future event at least five business days prior to the event to avoid cancellation, minus a $200 processing fee per transferred ticket. You may also transfer the registration to a substitute participant at least five business days prior to the event to avoid any cancellation fees. No credits, transfers, or refunds are available on a transfer ticket.
