The Five Levels of Leadership one-day experience is an interactive session that teaches you how to transition from leading others based on your rights and position, to leading a productive team that trusts and respects you. You’ll not only learn the differences between leadership and management; you’ll also create an action plan for accountability. Trainer Certification is available for this course.
Who is this course for?
This course is designed to help you lead anyone regardless of your title. If you currently have direct reports, or if you simply desire to grow your leadership skills with others, this course is specifically designed to address your needs.
What will I learn?
In this course, you will:
- The difference between dynamic leadership and mediocre management
- Examine applicable leadership case studies
- Apply real-life strategies on how to develop relationships with your team
- Assess your level of influence with each member of your team
- Develop a plan to increase productivity through people development
- Strategically map out how to mentor your high-potential leaders
- Chart your leadership course with a personalized MAP (Maximum Action Plan)
What time does the workshop start and end?
The workshop begins at 8:30am and will end at 4:30pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
